Specialty Foamers

Get deep efficient
cleaning with foam. The compressed air foamer line combines a foaming
chemical concentrate and water at the correct dilution, then adds compressed
air thus producing a rich thick foam. Foam has several advantages
1) Foaming the chemical on allows optimal cleaning because the foam adheres
longer allowing the chemical to work more efficiently 2) It is more
economical, air expands the solution normally at a rate of 15 to 20 times.
This means that two gallons of solution makes up to forty gallons of foam.
Chemical usage is thus reduced. The foam consistency is adjusted on all
models by means of a pressure regulator. Units are available in Stainless
Steel, UHMW Plastic, and Brass.

THE 8040 SERIES OF
FOAMERS is a unique patten pending design with removable insert. The
removable insert allows the flow rate of the foamer to be changed quickly
and easily. It also provides for easy maintenance, should the chemical
injector portion quit functioning because of chemical build-up or wear. The
old insert can be removed in minutes and a new one installed.
